Please call to discuss private pay rates. I may be able to offer reduced fee services on a limited bases to accommodate financial needs.
Insurance
Your insurance benefits may be used if you have a policy that includes out-of-network benefits. I will provide the paperwork you need to submit for reimbursement. Your insurance company should reimburse you for some percentage of the session fee if your plan includes these benefits. If you have flex plan benefits through work or a health savings account, you can also use those funds to go toward the cost of sessions.
(There is a lot of variation between insurance plans regarding coverage, the percentage of the fee that may be reimbursed via out-of-network benefits, deductible and the number of sessions covered. I strongly suggest you contact your insurance company first to find out exactly what benefits are provided by your policy.)
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit or debit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not appear for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
